There are 3 types of rooms in woodland (as far as I know) normal en suites (most of them are these), disabled rooms and XL rooms. The XL ones are the ones in the pictures on the uni website and i doubt you will get one of these (only postgrads I think). LG may mean its a disabled one which means your basically paying extra for a lot more floor.
